Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print it to prepare your package.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original sustainable packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund or exchange.
